How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@multillm.net within 14 days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address you used to sign up and we'll process it promptly — typically within 1–3 business days.
Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Both monthly and yearly plans are eligible.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. You'll retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — please contact us if you also want a refund within the 14-day window.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds will appear on your statement from Polar Software, Inc. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider (typically 3–10 business days).
